LRP Policies

What we service
Only those LRP products imported by Associated. This includes select models of LRP speed controls, receiver, and chargers. All LRP items we currently carry are listed on our web site. We don't service LRP items purchased outside North, Central, or South America.

Turnaround time
The normal turn-around time is 7 to 14 business days after we receive the unit, depending upon product availability.

Pricing
Depending on the repair required, charges range from $30 to $150 on non-warranty items.

Shipping
Return shipping is at no charge, UPS ground, for items under warranty. Shipping is $8.00 minimum for items not under warranty. Any other shipping requirements will be the responsibility of the customer. For example, if you want your speed control returned by one- or two-day service, you will be billed for the extra charge. Return shipment is by UPS or U.S. mail only. We recommend you insure and track the package sent to us.

LRP Limited Lifetime Warranty
Team Associated, the exclusive North American distributor for LRP Electronics products, would like to clarify the LRP "Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy" for all LRP products, including their digital speed controls.

LRP first introduced this policy as LRP's "Lifetime Warranty" program. After careful review, it became apparent that the policy should have been called a "Limited Lifetime Warranty" program, as there are certain conditions which must be met in order to fully realize the benefits of this new policy.

The LRP "Limited Lifetime Warranty" fully protects any owner of a new, registered LRP speed control for 120 days from the date of purchase. After 120 days, some service charges may be incurred by the consumer. However, these charges are usually minimal, and are much less expensive than purchasing a new replacement speed control.

The LRP "Limited Lifetime Warranty" program is best described as a "lifetime" extension of their existing conditional warranty program, which has helped LRP become one of the most popular—and winning—lines of racing electronics in the world.
