 August 18, 2011 Event Name: 2011 ROAR Electric Off-Road Nationals Event Location: Union City, CA Event Date(s): August 11, 2011 to August 14, 2011 Reedy factory driver Ryan Maifield claimed his second consecutive ROAR 2WD Short Course Modified National Championship with his Reedy LiPo powered Factory Team SC10. Maifield drove a nearly perfect event by taking the top qualifying position in three of the four qualifying rounds and winning the first two legs of the final. Needless to say, Ryan's package proved to be the combination to beat all weekend long. With two National Championship events to its credit, NorCal Hobbies in Union City, CA is quickly putting itself on the map as one of the premier facilities in the nation. A full service hobby shop, indoor pitting, and on-site snack shack put the finishing touches on a great event. Products used: |
