Cragg 2wd IFMAR World Championship Top Qualifier

Reedy factory team driver Neil Cragg captured the pole position for the 2wd IFMAR World Championship in Vaasa, Finland. A combination of consistent qualifying rounds capped by the fastest run in the final round secured the top spot for the popular UK driver.

Unfortunately for Neil, bad luck in the first two legs of the Final and a DNS in the third leg relegated him to 6th place in the final standings. Teammate Ryan Maifield had much better luck. From third on the grid, he was able to improve to second in the final standings, falling just short of the win.

Lee Martin, also powered by Reedy LiPo batteries, claimed a spot in the Final and finished a respectable 9th overall.

Moving on to the 4wd class this weekend, the Reedy team is looking to continue to score impressive results with an eye toward a World Championship title. Live coverage of these drivers and the racing action is available at LiveRC.com.
