Reedy factory team driver Steven Hartson was the dominant force in the 1/8 Pro Electric Buggy class at the 2011 Dirt Nitro Challenge. Starting from the pole position, Steven lost the lead early but by the third lap he was back in front and never looked back to take the win. Steven completed the hat trick by turning the fastest lap in the final.

Coming off a win the previous weekend at Motorama 2011, Reedy teammate Travis Amezcua battled back from a mid-field qualifying position to finish second.

The challenging Nitro Challenge track tested the limits of the drivers and their equipment. Reedy's 60C 5500mAh LiPo batteries and LRP SPX8 ESCs delivered power and consistent performance throughout qualifying and the 10-minute A-Main event.
