Coltro sweeps Buggy and Truggy Classes at Brazilian Nitro Race

The second race of the third annual Nitro Race Cup, presented by Edcler Maciel and hosted by Dust Racing in Mairipora.
 
With 20 entries in both the buggy and truggy classes, Team Associated/Reedy team driver Carlos Coltro piloted his Reedy 121 VR-powered RC8B and RC8T to the top position in these highly completive classes. Fellow Associated drivers also in the top 10 included Marcel Fachini and Heitor Nogueria in the Truggy class, and Fabian Kaloustian and Marcel Fachini in the Buggy class.
 
Radically changing the setup of his RC8B from previous races gave Coltro the advantage when facing the high and difficult jumps this track delivered.
 
Winning both categories at this race puts Coltro one step closer to his goal of winning the Nitro Race Cup.  Although it will not be an easy task, given the number of top racers (several of them Associated teammates) in the competition fiercely fighting for every second on the track.
