Florida has always been one of the toughest places to race and home to some of the best drivers on the east coast, with names like JR Mitch, Easton, Eckert, and McIntosh.

At the end of this year's series it was JR Mitch with the upper hand, taking the win in the 1:8 scale buggy and truggy classes. JR's RC8B and RC8T worked flawlessly throughout the eight-race series. Both were powered by Reedy's new 121VR .21 engine and Reedy LiPo (1600 for buggy and 2100 for truggy) receiver packs. The competition was at the highest it has ever been, and we all look forward to next year.
