Andrew Poole Sweeps 2014 East Coast Offroad Series

Andrew Poole took part in the East Coast Offroad Series as Team Associated's main weapon in the electric classes. The series takes place over six races and travels the corners of North and South Carolina. The series offers both nitro and electric classes in both 1:10 and 1:8 scales.

Andrew made use of his Team Associated vehicles' handling and durability to take a triple crown. Using a rear motor RC10B5, this buggy suited all track conditions experienced from high traction to rough sections. His FT SC10.2 and RC8.2e also answered the call of duty, rounding out a perfect series.

Teammate Brandon Melton was also able to attend select events and put the RC8.2 in victory lane, but missing out on a few events dissolved any chances of an overall championship. Chris Pace was able to take the runner-up spot, despite a misfortune with a transponder not counting a few laps. Unfortunately for Pace, the series director chose to award him with a ninth place finish rather than third, taking away points that would have given him the overall championship.

Congratulations on a great season to Andrew and Chris, proving that Team Associated has whatever race platform you need to win.
