 January 10, 2013 Event Name: Novak Off-Road Race Event Location: Hobbytown Hobbyplex, Omaha, NE Event Date(s): January 5, 2013 to January 6, 2013 The Hobbyplex in Omaha, Nebraska hosted the Novak Off-Road Championship. Team Associated/Reedy/LRP's Cole Tollard was the guy to beat. Showing a great effort in qualifying, Cole was in prime position to start the A Main. Jumping out to a quick start, Tollard never looked back. Cruising to victory with his Factory Team SC10 equipped with a Reedy motor/battery combo and LRP speed control, the youngster got the win ahead of fellow up-and-coming Team Associated racer Jason Hills. The two rising stars continue to climb the ladder and rocket up the ranks among veterans twice their age. Pictures:
