When not filming Auction Hunters, his TV show on Spike, Ton, a self-described hobbyist with a passion for radio-control cars, can be found at one of many southern California RC tracks with his Reedy/LRP-powered SC10, SC10 4x4, B4.1 Worlds Car, and SC8.

When not buying storage units or at the RC track, Ton, an accomplished animal handler and wrangler,  operates a Reptile Rescue and Wildlife Service business that manages bobcats, mountain lions and venomous snakes, many of which, after a brief visit at Team Associated headquarters, find a new home at Forever Wild Exotic Animal Sanctuary.
